    We will book your hotel, flights, and transportation to and from the airport. You will also be given options for travel protection and the various excursion. Deposit and payment plans are available. You will have support and guidance before during and after your trip.

    Group Travel

    We will handle all of the research and logistics of payments, accommodations, flights, and documentation for a successful trip. The lead person will not need to handle any administrative or tracking responsibilities, we will handle it all. We service various groups such as - family reunions, church trips, class reunions, and other forms of group travel.

    STEP 1: Let's Talk

    We will have a free 30 minute consultation to discuss your upcoming travel dreams and desires in depth.

    STEP 2: Sign Documents and Remit Professional Fee

    Once we have received your signed 1.) Authorization Form, 2.) Terms and Conditions, and 3.) the remittance of the Professional Fee. the research process will begin!

    STEP 3: Proposal Presented

    Once the research is completed, you will receive a proposal via email for you review.

    STEP 4: Proposal Adjustments

    We will discuss the details of the proposal and make sure you are satisfied with each detail.

    STEP 5: Finalize Itinerary and Pay Deposit

    We will finalize your itinerary and collect your vacation’s deposit/payment. You will be given a free customized E-Itinerary that will include all of your travel plans. In the weeks leading up to your trip you will receive tips, reminders, and information to make sure you have a memorable vacation.
